Don't just retreat. Rebuild.
BJJ, yoga, and fitness retreat near Bangkok
The retreat was built for people who want to use their body as much as rest it. Daily sessions, open-air training, and the kind of quiet that makes recovery feel like part of the practice.
Brazilian jiu-jitsu
Jiu-jitsu on the mat six days a week, 4pm to 5:30pm. All levels welcome: beginners drill fundamentals, experienced grapplers find training partners and focused coaching. Private lessons available. Jiu-jitsu is an add-on for staying guests, and included with the Stay30 long stay.

Yoga and movement
Yoga, mobility work, and bodyweight practice available by private session. The kind of session that loosens what travel tightens. Message us to arrange before or during your stay.
Training schedule
The week on the mat.
Training runs to a fixed weekly rhythm: jiu-jitsu six days a week, strength and conditioning through the week, and morning flow and mobility midweek. It sits inside the wider week of arts, surf and rest at the retreat.
The group ice bath and sauna session is 200 THB per person, advance booking required. The gym and mat are open to guests and members from 7am to 7pm, seven days a week.
Class passes
